Bernard Kwok is deputy director (engineering safety) of the Occupational Safety and Health Division at the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore. He provides direction to a dynamic team responsible for providing technical and specialist support on engineering safety at workplaces. Prior to this, he was senior assistant director of the Investigation Branch, leading teams in their investigation of serious workplace accidents.
